How/where do you search online for repossessed/foreclosed homes? Specifically modular homes..?

March 302010

Every site I’ve looked at won’t let you see the listings unless you give them your bank account info! wth? Are there any free sites where I can find foreclosed double wides? Thanks.

You don’t search on line.

You get up away from the computer, and go to a manufactured home sales area, or make a phone call.

ALL of them get updated lists, monthly, on the repo’s in the area.

I have been in the field for 12 years, and am right now, I have a list of 157 repo’s in the immediate area. The prices are from $3K to $98K

Check with your local newspaper to see listings (usually in the classifed section) or check with your local sherrif’s office for repo sales.

When buying mobile homes and/or modulars, always check to see if they must be moved at closing. My brother’s friend bought a mobile home from a buyer but the buyer wasn’t obligated to say it had to be moved because he wasn’t asked!
