What is the best way to advertise my real esate listings?

I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Missouri. My company called The Vizion Group currently has several newly remodeled homes available for sale in the Kansas City area. We advertise with small signs around the city but I am wanting a stronger web presence. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
Craigslist is good, but you have to repost often, so save your ad so you can copy and paste.
I see some agents advertising in Zillow.
Do you have any local websites that have a good web presence? Try the local free ads, the online newspaper, any free want ad sites.
Of course there is always Yahoo! Real Estate. =)

If you are licensed then you can register to use the Trend MLS system. You can then put your listings on TREND and any licensed broker will have access to them. TREND listings also get listed on realtor.com, which give the community access to limited information on the listings. As far as free websites go, the most widely used one that I know of is craigslist.com. Others you could try are rent.com and forrent.com. I have not had much luck with sublets.com except for renting a place out of town for an extended stay… Their listing typically cover more short term than anything.

First, I assume you have a website for your company. If not, make sure you have a very good one. Then you have to make sure it shows up in the search engines (hire a company or pay for adwords). Put ads in the local paper with your web site on it. And finally, if there are areas that people are moving from, get a list of Realtors in the area and e-mail them with your information and web site (and commissions of course).
