Is there any homes for sale in ohio for under $5,000 where can i find listings for these homes please be specific
Any home under $5000 is either in the middle of a gang war zone and used as a crack house, has been condemned by the city/county, has SERIOUS structural damage, mold, probably had had the wires and pipes sold for scrap, and holes in the wall. Every heard of the phrase "You get what you pay for?" If theses were even REMOTELY good purchases to make, don’t you think that they would be bought up in 30 seconds and never make it to a listing??? You would spend more fixing it up, than what you could sell it for.

A search of the Toledo area homes listed with real estate agents indicated 16 homes listed for under $5000. The Realtor.com website will search any city you choose. A link is provided below. I’m sure you will find more by searching For Sale By Owner websites.
