Looking for a comprehensive website to show me a listing of open houses so I can start to look at houses within the $150-$200,000 range.

There is nothing comprehensive in ATL, but the AJC probably has the most listings. A Realtor will be able to show you many more than just the open houses, and is recommended when your search gets serious

   I dont know of a website, but you could contact ReMax, or go on their website. They are a pretty big real estate company here.

   It’s called "through your Realtor". Answer me a question, everyone is always wanting things for FREE, right? Then why don’t the get the fact the using a Realtor doesn’t cost them a thing! You get all the expertise on what is required for a smooth transaction, you have access to millions of listings nationwide, you are driven around for free and with the cost of gas these days, that isn’t cheap. Your interests are considered and looked after through a transaction. Can you tell me why anyone would not use a Realtor?

   Now to answer your question, no there isn’t a website that lists open houses. You could watch the local or community newspaper. But keep in mind, when you walk into an open house that Realtor is representing the seller legally by contract. You deserve the best service too, hire a Realtor to assist you.
