When I type in key words from my website name into the yahoo search box. I would like the home page of my specific website to come up as the #1 listing option after I press seach. How do I go about doing that?

Both search engines use a search criterion to rank the listing. Model your page to suit the criterion for the search engines and poof, you are number one.

   I would guess promoting it would be the only answer to get more traffic,U can use SEO to get it listed on search engines, u can use google adsense and similar programs,
