Are there any alternatives to MLS (Multiple Listing Service)?

I subscribed to MLS for a long time, but decided to drop them because of their price. I practice real estate part-time, so I couldn’t justify the cost. I am looking for other services that will give me access to MLS listings and other homes for sale. Trulia is a good alternative, but that’s also expensive.
I would also like my clients to receive daily listings based on their specific criteria.

What are the differences in zoning laws when purchasing property in New Hampshire?

I have been searching for some land to purchase in New Hampshire. I have come across several listings that don’t have a commercial or residential zoning. I lack any knowledge in zoning or laws of any kind regarding land. I am basically asking for clarification as to what RRD zoning is, and also Mountain Lakes zoning. Do these zoning regulations mean I can’t use a camper for example? Or no mobile homes perhaps? I am curious as to why there is a need to differentiate these properties from your standard commercial/residential. Thanks.

somehow i found the article about this home working job and i was going to try this one. but it kind of make me doubt about it…and the Certification Program and Position Placement for over $55…
can i trust this thing?

Without seeing the actual article, I’m still wary of it.
Anything that starts talking about Certification Programmes and Position Placement rings little warning bells.

Looking for a good home for me and my new family. I need to move quickly so I need some help finding listings.

Pull up a map of Carlsbad and Oceanside that delineates the zip codes. Write the zip codes down and plug them into the various search sites for real estate rentals. It is very easy to find rentals when you search by zip code.

Another key thing to do is contact a realtor in the two areas and have him/her do your legwork for you. After all that’s their job and it’s free to you. The realtors know the areas so well and will save you a ton of time.

How do you purchase homes that have been forfitted due to taxes, and or find their listings.?

My grandmother had several properties left to my uncle, which he lost to the city for not paying the taxes.

It is rare to find a home that only has taxes due.
That would mean there is no mortgage on the home.
Usually people will make a mortgage to pay the taxes.
Again, extremely rare to find homes with just taxes due.
Don’t listen to those infomercials.

Many people take their properties off the market for winter as moving in winter stinks. And not many buyers are out there stomping around in the snow to look. Therefore, rather than trying to keep the house market ready, they wait until spring.

Why cant I buy from the Adult Only Listings on Ebay using a mobile?

I have total access at home to search and buy and sell. On my IPhone I can access all items on My Ebay and access the pages but when I click to buy/bid it says the listing has been removed or not available. Any help will be greatly appreceated.

eBay is still putting the finishing touches on their mobile shopping experience. Besides that, their Adult Only section is placed behind various layers of protection – age verification, non-API integration, etc. It’s possible they’re still a little iffy about allowing mobile access to that section. (When testing from your cell, I presume you make sure to first login from your age-verified account?)
