what are some sites that show house rental listings that are NOT vacation rentals?

What is a good website that lists just house or cottage home rentals, cheap? The only ones I found either seemed to be scam sites or just showing vacation rentals. Thanks!

Looking for a good home for me and my new family. I need to move quickly so I need some help finding listings.

Pull up a map of Carlsbad and Oceanside that delineates the zip codes. Write the zip codes down and plug them into the various search sites for real estate rentals. It is very easy to find rentals when you search by zip code.

Another key thing to do is contact a realtor in the two areas and have him/her do your legwork for you. After all that’s their job and it’s free to you. The realtors know the areas so well and will save you a ton of time.

How do you purchase homes that have been forfitted due to taxes, and or find their listings.?

My grandmother had several properties left to my uncle, which he lost to the city for not paying the taxes.

It is rare to find a home that only has taxes due.
That would mean there is no mortgage on the home.
Usually people will make a mortgage to pay the taxes.
Again, extremely rare to find homes with just taxes due.
Don’t listen to those infomercials.

Why have listings for homes in toronto gone down? Shouldnt they have gone up?

Many people take their properties off the market for winter as moving in winter stinks. And not many buyers are out there stomping around in the snow to look. Therefore, rather than trying to keep the house market ready, they wait until spring.

Why cant I buy from the Adult Only Listings on Ebay using a mobile?

I have total access at home to search and buy and sell. On my IPhone I can access all items on My Ebay and access the pages but when I click to buy/bid it says the listing has been removed or not available. Any help will be greatly appreceated.

eBay is still putting the finishing touches on their mobile shopping experience. Besides that, their Adult Only section is placed behind various layers of protection – age verification, non-API integration, etc. It’s possible they’re still a little iffy about allowing mobile access to that section. (When testing from your cell, I presume you make sure to first login from your age-verified account?)

Find a Real estate agent or Real estate brokerage company in your area that allows you to search MLS listings through their website. Then, when you do the search, just check the box to include manufactured homes and uncheck the box to include single family homes.

Can I buy a short sale with a VA Loan?

We are looking to buy a short sale home. We have looked through all the available home listings with non short sale sellers and have found nothing. We are VA buyers and want to purchase a nice home that was just put up for sale for a "short sale". I know we need the bank to approve the sales price and I know that government loans have certain other requirements to consider but does anyone know that we can use our VA benefits for a short sale? You might be better off seeking out Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and even VA foreclosures. They answer offers within 24 hours. Short sales are tough because lenders aren’t willing to provide answers on a timely basis. It makes more sense to them financially to let the property foreclose.
