I hope you realize these towns are not close to each other. They are all mostly populated with illegal aliens, there to work the farms. You need to just drive around looking for For Rent signs, they simply are not going to be many online. These are really poor towns (because the illegals do not pay taxes) with very few people speaking English, let alone online.

there is this websie called move.com. you cant choose everything you want for your rental house. i have it below in the sourse area. try it out!!!!!!!! ( copy it then paste it into your address bar)

lot rent is completely separate than the house payment. The lot rent usually includes utilities though.

some places it is and others it is not. If you are purchaing the home it will have a payment. If you have it in a park the park will charge you lot rent. If you put it on your own property then you will have to make that payment unless you get both the land and home in one payment.
