I have total access at home to search and buy and sell. On my IPhone I can access all items on My Ebay and access the pages but when I click to buy/bid it says the listing has been removed or not available. Any help will be greatly appreceated.

eBay is still putting the finishing touches on their mobile shopping experience. Besides that, their Adult Only section is placed behind various layers of protection – age verification, non-API integration, etc. It’s possible they’re still a little iffy about allowing mobile access to that section. (When testing from your cell, I presume you make sure to first login from your age-verified account?)

Me and a large group of friends are trying to find house listings near Florence, KY. We are looking for 5 or 6 bedroom houses, but all we are finding are duplexes and Single Family homes. So does anyone have any suggestions on how to find homes in this area of this size? And if you happen to search as well, feel free to post up a listing! We are looking either for Rent or for Sale. Either is fine with us.

Realtor.com has the most current information for both rental homes and homes for sale.

Also, you can contact a local agent to set up personalized searches that pull directly from the MLS and immediately sends properties to you that match as soon as they hit the market. (Size, Price, Beds, Area and more!)

Good luck with your search

this could be a indexed page from when you first set up the site. you may want to make sure everything is correct and then resubmitt your sitemap to google. this may speed up the change but expect it to take soem time to change.

I’m creating a website for my real estate business myself and I don’t have much experience with building sites. How can I create a page were people can submit their properties listing information into to database. and how can I put a search bar in the home page so people search the listings.

pretty much like any other real estate website works

You should pay someone to do this for you if you are serious about your business.
If you insist on doing it yourself, try a cms with a property extension, joomla should do the job.
There are several property search components for this system, I quite like Joomla Estate Agency (jea), which is free, although I had to modify it quite a bit to work how I wanted it.
You can see all the real estate components available here: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/vertical-markets/real-estate

So you install Joomla on your webserver, install the component of your choice then configure it all. You may want to purchase a good commercial template to make the site look professional.

thsi question gets asked 10 times a day do a search. you can go to your local county coutrhouse and pay the records clerk to print them out. thats the same thing the companies do and charge you $100 for them even though it cost them like $2. Also when you buy them from cmopanies they are out of date. you can find foreclosures on realtor.com, craigslist.org, loanhomeonline.com/findamortgage you dont have to go to any special sites

I am in the process of relocating to another city and want to buy a home. I want to search the neighborhoods I am interested in via the internet before I get involved with an agent. I would like to go to one site to see as many listings as possible instead of going to all these different sites. Does anything like this exist?

Not sure to what city you are going, but many have their own local MLS (mulitple listing service) board. I live in a large Metroplex area with a very comprehensive site that loads in real time with changes, additions, and deletions as they are input by the various MLS members and brokerage firms. Check first to see if there is not such a site for that city. Try googling it: —Local MLS Board for [city state]— like Houston TX. The very first links that typically appear are the pay-per-click sites; I doubt any of those sites will be it. The first link following those PPCs should be the site you need. Very often you’ll know it. For instance, Houston is www.HAR.com which stands for Houston Association of Realtors. So it may be as simple as the first letter of the city with the abbreviation following for Association of Realtors.

Anyway, the local MLS board will be your most comprehensive site. Most other sites do not stay updated. Plus, I’ve learned recently there are some sites now that scam prospective tenants out of app fees and sec deposits leading them to believe certain properties are for rent when in fact they are not. Be very careful. Stay with only reputable sites. Local MLS boards have standards to uphold making them both reliable and reputable. Best of luck to you and yours in your move!

Those sites won’t help you because mortgagees don’t sell their foreclosures (called REO’s for real estate owned) direct. The list them with Realtors. If you’re not yet ready to contact a Realtor, go to realtor.com and search by city. Most MLS listings are uploaded to this site.

I’ve never seen or heard of any firm that does that. I suppose it would be possible if your Dad was hired and worked at the company (in person) for a few years. MAYBE then his manager would allow him to do PART of his work from home.
