No matter how specific. All the while sending you, via email, their findings throughout the span of a couple of days.

No, I wouldn’t pay someone to do that. Assuming you are using a decent real estate site, it is very simple to narrow your search using everything on your wish list. For me, the thrill of the hunt is part of the process

Why aren’t there any TV listings on my yahoo home page any longer? This is very annoying, and I will probably change to another search engine.

Me and a large group of friends are trying to find house listings near Florence, KY. We are looking for 5 or 6 bedroom houses, but all we are finding are duplexes and Single Family homes. So does anyone have any suggestions on how to find homes in this area of this size? And if you happen to search as well, feel free to post up a listing! We are looking either for Rent or for Sale. Either is fine with us.

Realtor.com has the most current information for both rental homes and homes for sale.

Also, you can contact a local agent to set up personalized searches that pull directly from the MLS and immediately sends properties to you that match as soon as they hit the market. (Size, Price, Beds, Area and more!)

My website themortgageservicegroup.com used to appear in the search listings as titled: Spanish Mortgages Mortgages in Spain The Mortgage Service Group but I now notice it is titled: Home – Spanish Mortgages Mortgages in Spain The Mortgage Service Group how could this have happened? this could be a indexed page from when you first set up the site. you may want to make sure everything is correct and then resubmitt your sitemap to google. this may speed up the change but expect it to take soem time to change.

I also have section 8 housing so id hope that they would accept that aswell.. ive looked around everywhere and cant find a decent site or any in the newspaper with good rentals in my area. If you have the ability to fins specific listings those would help too! thanks so much

I’m interested in real estate. But I would like to work more with rentals and condos. I was wondering do I need to find my own listings for rentals as well? Don’t tenants usually come to the re office to list their apartments? I didn’t want to sell houses because then I would have to find my own listings. How would you find listings other than fsbo or expired mls. I’m not a loud talkative person or a salesperson. I like to work more with the buyer. Help them find a home or an apt. Do re offices still hire buyer’s agents and if so how successful could you be as that?

yes all agents find their own listings. I wish I could tell it was easy but it takes a lot of talking to get these listings. phone calls and more phone calls.

maybe after 15 years or so you will get enough referral business but not for a long time.

you need a mix of listings and buyer clients. listings lead to more business so it is important to have listings. no one can make big money working with buyers alone.

I want to use facebook market place to start marketing apartment rentals but i do not want to post the listings to my homepage wall as well, because 90% of my friends do not live in the area so I don’t want them to have to keep seeing apartments I post.

My mom and I have been trying to find a home to rent for a good while now, we are in a rental house at the moment but the rent is just too high and the space is very limited. I have looked at all the local listings from businesses but of course the prices are outrageous. We are very responsible people and work very hard to keep the houses in great shape, were at a loss of what to do. Is there anyone in the South Boston/Halifax area that has a house they would like to rent out? I know yahoo isnt the best place to ask this, but nothing else seems to be working. I am looking for a rowhome, not an apartment. I am also not looking to buy a home right now. Are there any listings or web sites dedicated mostly to advertising rental homes or foreclosed rentals in DC?

Washington, D.C. covers a lot of territory. Here is a summary site of available rentals. However, there is no specialized site that ONLY lists row homes or foreclosed rentals, the latter of which are usually offered for sale for new owner occupancy.

Most in home daycares don’t hire outside help much which is why you’re struggling to find jobs. The few times they do hire I have noticed listings in the childcare section of craigslist. Another option is contacting your local DHS office. They can mail you a list called the child care referral list. On the list is the providers name and phone number, you can then call each provider and ask if they are looking for any help.
